Cinema Society is coming up November 9th! This month we're discussing the film An Everlasting Piece. Set in Belfast, Northern Ireland sometime during the 1980s, An Everlasting Piece follows the story of Colm and George, a Catholic and a Protestant, who go into business as hairpiece salesmen. Braving the IRA, the local police, and a mental patient known as "The Scalper", they compete to outsell another duo in order to win a wig monopoly over the whole country. This film is not currently streaming anywhere but can be checked out from the library. We'll be meeting up in the large meeting room at 5pm.
