This class will be a part of our "Mindful Monday", you will need to be here by 6:00 to attend this portion, as doors will close to the public at that time, like regular yoga classes... About Yin: Yin is a 'passive' yoga practice that focuses on softening the body into each asana, staying in place for longer periods of time than 'yang' style practices. Benefits of Yin: ~Creates therapeutic stress on the joints and connective tissues. ~Helps to restore elasticity and flexibility to muscles and connective tissues ~Helps to release fascia ~Helps to train & develop the parasympathetic nervous system ~Encourages emotional & mental awareness Limited spots, must reserve ahead unless you have a monthly rate $15 for drop in's * This class is included in the "Unlimited Yoga" monthly rate and the "All Access" rate.
