Join me for yoga, meditation & sound healing in honor of the New Moon in Leo.... We will gather at our beloved Appalachian South Folklife Center between 6 and 7:00 that evening, giving everyone time to arrive and to get situated. If the weather is not agreeable, we will move the event into the main lodge/hall. ~Yoga will begin at 8:00, flowing seamlessly into a guided meditation and sound journey. ~If you wish to camp overnight, that is an option. Tents only, no dorms will be open/available. This event is an investment of $20, ($40 if you wish to camp) Please bring a rug or blanket for yoga. I will provide several but please BYO, if possible. *If the weather is agreeable, we may also build a fire!
